Monitoring of legislative amendments and simulation of impact of these amendments on the portfolio of client

• Client is continuously informed about all prepared legislation amendments and as soon as the complete wording of law  and/or other legislative procedures is available (e.g. notice) the client is offered a simulation of impact on its portfolio. Further on OAKS systematically monitores desicion-making practice of SUKL and Ministry of Health and issuance of Methodical instructions and other standpoints of these authorities and continuously informes the client about potential opportunities and threats on its portfolio.
