Our mission & values
OAKS Consulting s.r.o., is a consulting company providing complete services of MARKET ACCESS since its foundation in 2009. These services are necessary to ensure the input of medicinal products and medical devices on the market.
Although we are performing consulting advices our goal is not to provide theoretical recommendation and elaboration of isolated analyses but the realization of such services which have the direct link on the result, particularly in the way of final price, amounts and conditions of reimbursement of new products and strategic management of prices and reimbursement of currently traded products. Our work includes both the handing over of documentation for application or opinion and our close contact with clients until the finalization of the processing. We are fully responsible for the achieved result. From this point we offer to our clients a possibility to realize the orders on „Success Fee“ and „Risk Sharing“ basis.
There are more companies rendering a different spectrum of external „market access“ services in the Czech Republic but our company is the only one providing complete „MARKET ACCESS“ services starting with documentation for decision-making of clinical development routing and business development, regulatory (registration, pharmacovigilance), management of „Advisory Boards“, elaboration of external price references, creation of pricing and reimbursement strategies, realization of all kinds of pharmacoeconomic analysis, preparation of applications and also the negotiation with payers, State Institute for Drug Control (hereinafter SUKL), Ministry of Health and professional associations.
Considering many years of our experience in MARKET ACCESS area when we prepared documents for more than 350 administrative procedures and a professional team of 15 specialists who have both the required education (medicine, pharmacy, statistics, mathematical modeling) and experiences with providing „MARKET ACCESS“ services we believe that we are able to process required orders in the highest quality. Most of us have longtime working experience on the positions of regulatory, marketing, sales and top management in different pharmaceutical companies and therefore we bring a unique benefit to our clients because we know from our experience the company processes including planning and pricing. We can handle a portfolio management of new and currently traded products and our expertise covers a broad spectrum of medicine disciplines.
